OUR IDEA:

Griglie Roventi is the first and only true barbecue world championship. It is an event combining a culinary competition with folklore, the joys of summer with the passion and friendship that develop in front of a barbecue grill. Since 2006 thousands of pairs of chefs have been involved in a competition where they cook the products supplied by the organization and are judged by qualified juries which will proclaim the final winner. All this in an atmosphere of great celebration and happiness, enhanced by the presence of national television presenters and first class music groups.
